Code of Ethics
Xenia has adopted a code of conduct and a management and control model system in accordance with D.lgs.231/01.
Flexibility, innovation and a strong customer and partner focus and - in general - the attention to the market are the principles that have enabled the company to differentiate itself in twenty-five years of its history in the travel industry in a worldwide context. The commitment, the participation in corporate life, the efforts in the personal and professional growth of its human resources have resulted in the development of an asset of values that Xenia has wanted to crystallize in its code of ethics.
The code of ethics is a charter of rights and moral duties that defines the ethical and social responsibility of each member of the corporate organisation and spreads at the same time an organisational structure respecting fundamental human, citizens' and workers' rights.
The code is binding for the company bodies and all their members, for directors, auditors, collaborators, external consultants, suppliers, employees and anyone else concerned by the activity of the company.
