Xenia HotelRating ®

Xenia Hotel Rating examines the quality level of hotels with objective criteria, measuring it based on more than 80 parameters ranging from the physical and structural characteristics of the accommodation facility to the evaluation of the service offered; each parameter is assigned a specific weight that returns alphanumeric rating values. Hotel Programmes are also constructed using this tool, thereby returning objective evaluation ratings to client companies.

Geo Referencing System

GeoRef System is the geo-referencing system used by Xenia for hotel scouting, which systematically supports the definition of the Hotel Programme and also makes for a more effective identification of possible alternative hotels and reference areas. It provides dynamic maps along with complementary information, such as real-time economic parameters and room availability, also enabling direct in-hotel booking.

XENIAtoBOOK ®

XENIAtoBOOK ® is a multi-process, multi-channel hotel distribution product that brings together customized Hotel Programmes, integrated with third-party systems and more traditional channels such as GDS, IDS, Web, OTA, etc. Connection to the system, which boasts more than 40 online channel managers, allows hotels to manage availability and rates dynamically, and Xenia to have access to Programme Hotels that are open, in constant flux, and bookable in real time.

SelectRFI

SelectRFI is the formal tool for obtaining information from Hotel Programme establishments, according to an internal KPI in the certified supplier selection process, which provides a performance indicator based on the principles of the Balance Scorecard. The tool considers and measures various factors, such as the physical and technical characteristics of the facility, internal and external services, financial elements, qualitative aspects of the customer approach, etc.

ViewRFP

ViewRFP is a suite of the CrewTool system that keeps track of all proposals from the hotels contacted during the scouting phase to become part of the Hotel Programme customized to the client's needs. The repository aims for information transparency and speed in processing received offers, and also serves as a source for reference in the case of special requests.

Crew Benchmarking

With the collaboration of Thot – a Group company – which continuously analyzes hotel room rate trends, creating dynamic benchmarks in real time, Xenia is able to transfer information to the Client that is always up-to-date and in line with the market.
Objective data emerging from the observation of super partes data analysts enable the identification of trends, patterns, and the best strategies for optimizing management practices and improving business performance.

Occupancy Way ®

Occupancy Way ® is the proprietary application with which Xenia is able to assess hotel occupancy, concentration indices, and consistency with customer objectives. Through observation it is possible to report any elements that are inconsistent with expectations and obtain benefits through an improvement of the indicators, in addition to ensuring monitoring of the distribution of desired overnight stays among the different hotels in the Hotel Programme.

E4F ® - EmptyForFull

The E4F ® model, developed by Xenia in collaboration with Thot – a Group company – and the University of Bologna, is used during Hotel Programme negotiations to build scenarios based on the projection of daily occupancy rates and room prices, as well as to define the risk threshold in terms of the maximum acceptable price per room.

The E4F ® model calculates the number of overnight stays (per airport, company by company, day by day) and the corresponding price, to establish the saturation point of accommodations in a particular destination, thus serving as a true Yield Management tool.

Lighthouse Reporting

Lighthouse is Xenia's reporting platform: a customized dashboard with automated applications that provide real-time responses and fast data management results. Built as a cloud-ready open system, the dashboard leverages the elasticity of the cloud: scalable, flexible, and dynamic, it is an easily manageable integrated environment that provides very fast processing for data preparation, exploration, and advanced analyses.

E-Billing

E-Billing is Xenia's financial back-office system for managing the cost reconciliation process based on customer needs. For each booking, the cost of each service is tracked and stored, with information also available for other purposes (e.g. benchmarking, expense management processes, etc.). The system – web-based, flexible and scalable – integrates with external systems by adapting to technologies, protocols, and a wide range of heterogeneous data, ensuring a continuous process in terms of reconciliation and data centrality. Each flow is managed unitarily, and information is available in real time to all parties involved.
