Xenia's primary rules of organisation

The articles of association dictate the company's primary rules of organisation. Among other things, the articles of association regulate the composition and powers of the company bodies as well as their relationships.

The articles of association in effect were approved by the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 22/08/1994.
